Yewande Defends Herself After Lucie Accusation
The the love Island star became a target for trolls after fellow love Island contest Lucie branded her a bully. In a resurfaced Instagram exchange Lucie alleges she had been bullied by Yewande Biala. The exchange quickly circulated and behan picking up traction. Upon learning of Lucie’s allegation Yewande some out. Taking to Twitter, Yewande wrote:
‘You refused to call me by my name because it was too “hard to pronounce” now you wanna say I bullied you !! Bullied’.

Amber Gill series winner for that year also had words for Lucie’s accusations. Amber wrote on Instagram:
‘Na when she said can I call you “Y” I said lol no you can’t can I just call you “her” you were peaceful in that exchange It was me with the vim.’
She then shared a GIF on Twitter about her reaction and defensively wrote to the user: ‘Call me problematic. But if I see something false or that I don’t like I’m speaking regardless and if it’s about my friend I’m yelling idc.’
Another series favourite Amy Hart backed Yewande’s claims. Amy tweeted :
