As TMZ first reported, Megan Johnson is accusing Songz of sxually assaulting her during an August 2013 party. When he allegedly pulled her breast out of her top at a Foxwoods Resort Casino event in Mashantucket, Connecticut. A new letter from attorneys George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell on Thursday claim the R&B star came up behind Johnson, pulled the top, and chanted “titties in the open” four times. The video appears to feature him saying “titty in the open”. Her team says she was embarrassed by the incident and is seeking damages over lasting emotional distress and self-harm.
Trey Songz Accusations
In 2021 Trey Songz was being investigated in Las Vegas in connection with allegations of sexual assault. Police sources on Monday told TMZ.
The 38-year-old R&B singer was under probe by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in connection with an incident reported Sunday that took place at The Cosmopolitan, sources told TMZ.
Songz reportedly brought a group of women back to his room at The Cosmopolitan, while celebrating his birthday. The incident allegedly took place in November, where his accuser later claimed assault.
Law enforcement officials confirmed no arrests were made at the time, and Songz cooperated with police throughout the investigation.

In a statement, the LVMPD said the following:
‘The LVMPD has concluded the investigation, into the se*ual assault allegations against Tremaine Neverson. And determined that no criminal charges will be filed,’ the department revealed in a statement released on Friday via local 8newsnow.
Trey Songz Accusations
His attorneys told TMZ: ‘We are pleased that Trey Songz’ has been cleared of wrongdoing and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigation has officially been closed.’
They added: ‘We are grateful to the LVMPD for the professional police work done and their thorough investigation, which included findings of inconsistency in witness testimony and insufficient evidence. We are pleased that Trey can now return to what he does best, entertaining.’
Songz rep later told TMZ that ‘the allegations in this complaint are false,’ and the Slow Motion singer ‘looks forward to having the facts fully aired.’
The woman is represented by lawyers Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, who are involved in two other cases, in Miami and Nevada, in which Songz is accused of se*ual assault.
In the Miami case, a woman who identified herself as Jauhara Jeffries said that Songz had put his finger in her vagina without her consent while she was dancing on a couch at the nightclub E11VEN on New Year’s Eve of 2017.
Dylan Gonzalez Allegations
Ex-UNLV basketball player Dylan Gonzalez claimed Songz se*ually assaulted her in a hotel in Las Vegas years ago in a statement posted online in January.
‘With what seems like endlessly reoccurring news of the alleged se*ual assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well-known Las Vegas hotel,’ Gonzalez wrote on Instagram.
‘I want to send my love, strength. And hope to all who are victims of se*ual assault and its fatal nature. You are not alone.’
Keke Palmer Allegations
In 2017, Keke accused Trey Songz of featuring her in his music video, Pick Up the Phone, without her consent. Unbeknownst to her, the footage was secretly taken of her and added to the video.
Pick Up the Phone features a clip of Palmer sitting on a couch and taking a selfie as someone sings, “I palm her p**** like Keke… Like Keke, like Keke.”
According to Huffington Post. in January 2017. Keke shared a post on social media. Which accused Trey of “sexual intimidation. Saying he ignored her when she asked to not be included in the music video.
She wrote: “This is preposterous. How am I in this video Trey?
“After you found me in a closet HIDING because I was so afraid of any more conflict.
Keke added: “Literally my last option was to hide. Because you all would not listen when I said I did not want to be in the video the FIRST time. The actress also mentioned: “Just cause you give someone food and alcohol. And throw in a little sexual intimidation doesn’t mean they will buckle.”
Eliza Jane & Celina Powell Allegations
In August of 2020, Celina Powell’s friend, fellow influencer Aliza Jane, made allegations against Trey Songz.
Influencer Aliza alleges that Trey urinated on her when the two slept together.
Aliza further claims the singer asked her to get into the bathtub. And when she followed his instructions, the two proceeded to engage in intimate acts before he urinated on her.
Trey Songz Responds to Aliza and Celina‘s Allegations
The R&B singer took to his social media to dispel the accusations.
“I usually stay quiet on this, but I feel that in many ways the movement to fight for the women who actually have suffered harassment and abuse on various levels, has been hijacked by those who find it convenient for themselves to come up as they seek to destroy someone’s life,” he wrote.
In screenshots that have since been deleted, the 35-year-old singer appeared to be in communication with the woman in question, and she is pleading with him to unblock her on social media.
