LISA HOCHSTEIN
Lisa, began getting plastic surgery at the age of 18. She went from an A-cup to a C-cup back then. But 10 years later, she wanted bigger. She proceeded to get a second boob job to correct an uneven breast look and go from a C-cup to a D-cup.
In a December 24 tweet, The Real Housewives of Miami cast member revealed that she had “removed a lot” of her facial fillers after she “had too much.” When she appeared on the January 4 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lisa told the titular host of her experience with injectables, “I definitely overdid it.” Now, the RHOM mom is debuting the newest enhancement she’s made to her appearance, but this time, she doesn’t have any second thoughts.
LARSA PIPPEN
Unlike her fellow housewives, Larsa has not admitted to getting any plastic surgery or procedures.
“I’ve had my nose done. I’ve had my lips done. And that’s basically it,” Larsa explained during the RHOM reunion in March 2022, adding that she also had her breasts done prior to season three of the series.
There’s no shame in her game. Larsa said she’s “very progressive” when it comes to going under the knife. “I’m into trends and I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. She continued. “I’m very happy with the way I look.”
ALEXIA ECHEVARRIA
The 54-year-old Cuban beauty has been very open about her plastic surgery journey. Twenty years ago, she claims an ex talked her into getting a breast augmentation. He also got her to agree to a nose job that would thin it out. She’s also gotten lip fillers to make her pout plumper. At The Real Housewives of Miami Season 4 reunion, Alexia addressed questions about what work she’s had done in the eight years since the show’s third season.
“I had these historical [breast] implants for 30 years,” Alexia shared. “I got a lot of use out of them, [I got] my money’s worth… And I was like, ‘I need to change it.'” She explained, “All I did was switch [my implants] out,” noting that her new implants were the “same size” as the former ones.
MARYSOL PATTON
Many remember Elsa Patton on RHOM as one of the women with the most surgery, but her daughter Marysol comes close to second place. When she wasn’t even 20 years old, Marysol got a breast reduction because smaller boobs were in style back then. Sadly, that surgery caused her massive scaring. For her second surgery, she felt like her breasts were too small and decided to get breast implants. During another procedure, one of those implants moved to her shoulder.
Marysol has said that she got Ultherapy, a non-surgical facelift that uses ultrasound to stimulate collagen production and lift and tighten the skin. She shared a selfie with her doctor on Instagram in March 2022 and said she was getting “more Ultherapy!!!”.
However, some sources also claim that Marysol Patton has had other cosmetic procedures, such as a nose job, a facelift and lip augmentation surgery. Some fans have noticed that her lips look much fuller than before and that her nose has a different shape.

Adriana revealed her intention to have a BBL in Season 5 Episode 9 of the show, when she visited Dr. Anish Dhadwal, a board-certified plastic surgeon and the owner of Dr. Anish Aesthetics. She explained that she wanted to have a more youthful and feminine appearance, and that she felt insecure about her butt sagging and losing volume as she aged. Adrianna also clarified why she decided to have a BBL after criticizing Larsa’s butt on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She said that she didn’t go for the volume, but for the perfection, and that she wanted her butt to be smoother. She said that she respects Larsa’s choice, but that it wasn’t what she wanted for herself.
