Richards underwent rhinoplasty in 2006 and liposuction in 2012. “My nose bothered me for a long time,” she told Us magazine in March 2013. “The surgery made me feel better.” As for the second procedure? “After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn’t go away!” she explained. “I’m very happy with the results!” In October 2020, Richards revealed that she gone in for a second rhinoplasty after breaking her nose the previous year. Brandi further addressed her change in apperance in 2018 telling fans, her altered appearance is due to botched laser hair removal which caused permanent nerve damage resulting in partial face ‘paralysis’.
She said at the time: ‘Everyone wants to know why my top lip doesn’t move. I had laser hair removal, I got a third-degree burn. That is why I have some nerve damage and scar tissue, so I talk out of the side of my mouth.
‘My face on the right side doesn’t move the way my face on the left side moves. If you don’t like it, suck my d***.’

Reflecting on her plumped up pout Rinna told People mag:
“In the beginning, it was great,” she recalled. But after about 10 years, the silicone started seeping throughout her lip and creating scar tissue that was “hard and bumpy, like peas.” She later tried cortisone shots to reduce the swelling, but instead “it made them look worse,” Rinna said.
“I’d get photographed, my lips would look a certain way and then people would start to talk,” Rinna added.
Speaking of the lip injections she recived in her 20s, Rinna has said:
‘I always say, jokingly, that my lips have a career of their own,’ the brunette bombshell said. ‘The feedback on them was not always positive. There was a time when people were negative. But I think they became accepted when I said, “These are my lips! This is the way they are.”‘
Lisa also got a breast augmentation in 1998 for the cover of “Playboy.” She also received Botox and facial fillers, which she admits she went too far with. In an interview with InTouch, the entrepreneur said she would lay off the filler after she saw a picture of herself at a party and thought, “Oh geez. I have so much filler.”

During a QA with bravo Dorit addressed speculation on what procedures she’s had done.
“The only plastic surgery I’ve had done is my boobs,” Dorit clarified, going on to explain her frustration with those who suggest she’s being dishonest about the work she’s had done.
“It drives me crazy when people say I’ve had plastic surgery on my face. I’ve done filler and Botox and I work with masterful makeup artists who can transform your face,” she explained. “If I ever decide to do plastic surgery, I promise I will happily share it.” She further addressed rumours during season 9 reunion: “I’m very happy to say what I’ve had done.
