Britain’s Got Talent Top 5 Moments
Britain’s got talent is back on our screens giving us the best and sometimes worst of British talent. The show has been running since 9th June 2007, and has been a ratings hit for itv ever since. We’ve seen dancing dogs to death defying stunts, and everything in between!
We’ve checked the archives and compiled since of our favourite moments over the years.
1. Susan Boyle
No one thought that Susan Boyle would have one of the most iconic auditions of BGT history. When she took to the stage and belted out ‘I dreamed a dream’, we all realised you really can’t judge talent based on appearance. She finished in second place but has gone onto top the charts around the world.
2. Where my keys where my phone?
Mr zip had us all singing his catchy tune in Britain’s got talent 2012. Since the audition he has gone on to release a music video for his hot. And even in 2020 it’s hard to resist singing even looking for the car keys.

3. Don’t Stop Believin
Back in 2010 Abbie and pal Lisa Parker took to the stage for a rendition of journeys ‘don’t stop believing’. Their horrendous attempt ending with Simon Cowel branding it ‘the worst audition in history’. As we know what followed was one of the most famous on screen fights in T.V history.
4. Get busy
Luca Calo strutted and onto the stage in, 9 inch heels, and no one knew what to expect. What followed was a jaw dropping dance routine if splits and twerking. Definitely not the average audition.
5. Stage school stars
Katherine and Joe are Tan favourites, having been on the show on the occasions. They’ve been Belle and the beast, Elsa and Sven and most recently Ariel and Sebastian. Their rendition of Disney classics accompanied by hilarious dance moves make them iconic contestants.
